Based right here in Simi Valley, we're proud to be a local, family-run business, not a franchise or a call center. We've built our reputation on licensed, code-compliant construction and a straightforward process, from the first design consultation through final water balance. We manage design, permitting, and construction in-house so you have one accountable team from start to finish, rather than a patchwork of subcontractors.
Today, we serve homeowners, HOAs, and commercial properties across Ventura County, building new pools and spas, remodeling aging ones, and handling the equipment and feature upgrades that keep a backyard running well for years.

Agustin founded and personally owns and operates Fine Finish Builders on a simple principle: show up, stay reachable, and treat every backyard like it's his own project.
As a local, family-owned business, there's no corporate layer between you and the person building your pool. Agustin is personally involved in projects from the first consultation through the final walkthrough, and it shows in how clients describe working with him: responsive, hands-on, and someone who follows through on what he says.
